There are a lot of good reasons why people are crazy for bingo.. the cash winnings, the thrill, the excitement, the anticipation of yelling out, and the opportunity to support programs for the betterment of your community if it’s for a cause.
Last January 12, 2020 in line with the fiesta celebration of Purok 2 of Barangay La Concepcion, the medical students assigned at Baranagay La Concepcion decided to take the opportunity to initiate their first community fund-raising activity. The medical students spearheaded several bingo games, giving away groceries and rice as their prize. The profit of the said fund-raising activity is intended to be utilized in the implementation of the different health programs that the students have planned together with the residents of Barangay La Concepcion.
